This Privacy Policy explains how the JSD Publisher application ("the App") handles data. The App is a private, single-operator tool used by the creator behind Jornada Sem Destino, a motorcycle and travel content creator brand ("the Operator"), to publish the brand's own videos to the brand's own accounts, including TikTok.

1. Data we access

To publish on the Operator's behalf, the App uses an access token issued by the platform (for example, TikTok) after the Operator signs in through the platform's official login and grants permission. This token authorizes the App to upload videos to the Operator's own account.

2. What we do with it

• The access token is used solely to upload the brand's own videos and their captions to the Operator's own account.
• The App does not read, collect, or store personal data belonging to other TikTok users.
• The App does not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
• The App does not use data for advertising, profiling, or analytics about other people.

3. Storage and security

The access token is stored only in the Operator's own private, access-controlled environment and is used only to make authorized requests to the platform's API. It is never published or exposed publicly.

4. Data retention and deletion

The token is kept only while it is needed to publish content and is refreshed or discarded according to the platform's rules. The Operator can revoke the App's access at any time from the platform's own account settings, which immediately ends the App's ability to act on that account.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly process any children's data.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published at this URL.
